For all adventure types:
Gravel, ultras, bike packing, triathlon, hikes, life
Most people think the goal is the finish line, but the real transformation happens long before you get there.
The Journey turns a “maybe” into something you believe you can achieve. Every session, win and setback builds more than fitness; it builds confidence and resilience.
By the start line, you’re stronger, more capable and ready for the challenge.
And when you cross the finish line, the greatest achievement may be realising you’re capable of far more than you thought.
That’s why the journey matters: it changes what you believe is possible.
The goal you haven’t quite let yourself believe in yet.
Every client starts here, with something they’d love to achieve but that still feels a bit out of reach: a gravel race, an ultra, a bikepacking trip, a return to fitness after years away.
This stage is about naming it out loud. An initial consultation to understand where you’re starting from, what’s actually driving the goal, and what’s realistic in the time you have.

Turning the dream into a clear, achievable roadmap.
Once the goal is named, it needs structure. This stage is where we set clear goals and objectives together and map out what getting there actually looks like. The shape of the training, the timeline, and what needs to happen before the real work begins.

Building the strength, fitness and habits to get you there.
This is the engine room of the journey, weekly tailored training schedules and coached strength and conditioning, adjusted as you progress and as life happens around you.
Alongside the physical work, we build the supporting habits: nutrition and recovery support, and lifestyle and behaviour-change coaching, so the changes actually stick rather than falling apart the moment motivation dips.

Getting you to the start line and through it, properly supported.
Preparation means nothing without a solid plan for the event itself. This stage covers full event and adventure logistics, routes, kit, timing, the practical details that cause last-minute panic if left unplanned, so you arrive ready, not just hopeful. Weekly reviews in the run-up mean nothing is left to chance.

What comes after… because one achievement should lead to the next.
Crossing the line or completing the adventure isn’t the end of the story. This stage is about recovery, reflection, and figuring out what’s next. Whether that’s stepping up to a bigger challenge, joining the wider Organic Adventures community, or simply carrying the fitness and confidence you’ve built into everyday life.
Many clients move into group coaching, community classes, or a retreat here. The journey starts again, just from a stronger place.

As a mobile coach, I bring the session to you: your local trail, park, coastline or wherever works.
£150
/monthYou won't do this alone — and you won't fall off the wagon the moment life gets busy.
Most people don't fail because they don't know what to do. They fail because motivation fades, life gets in the way, and there's no one there to catch it. This is coaching built for the messy middle, not just the good weeks — in person, every week.
What's Included
Best for: people who've tried going it alone before and know that structure and a human in their corner is what actually gets them there.
£120
/monthThe same coach in your corner — built to fit around your life, not the other way round.
You don't need to live near a gym or a coach to get proper accountability. This is full 1:1 coaching, without the commute — someone tracking your progress, adjusting your plan, and noticing when things start to slip, wherever you are.
What's Included
Best for: people who want the full personalised experience and real accountability, without needing to be in the same postcode as their coach.
£40

Weekly training session with a gang — because showing up is easier when someone's expecting you.
Trained together, outdoors. Group sessions run in nature locations, building fitness and community at the same time.
Motivation is hardest to sustain alone, easier outdoors, with a small crew, in nature rather than a gym. This tier gives you expert face to face coaching and a small crew of people on a similar journey, so on the days you don't feel like it, knowing your buddies in the group chat are showing up is often enough.
What's Included
Best for: people who thrive on shared accountability and want real coaching without the 1:1 price tag.
£80
/monthFocused, weekly expert-led strength coaching.
Delivered outdoors, not in a gym box. Private S&C sessions run in nature; as a mobile coach I can meet you at a location that works for you.
Sometimes you don't need a full lifestyle overhaul, you need someone who knows what they're doing with you. This tier is stripped-back, hands-on strength and conditioning coaching with a clear read on your progress every month.
What's Included
Best for: people who want dedicated, expert PT coaching without the full endurance/adventure programme around it.
£25
/month class passWorkshops from £30
No pressure, no commitment — just good movement and good people, outdoors.
Classes run in nature locations, not indoor studios, because that's part of the point.
Not everyone's ready for a coaching package, and that's fine. This is the low-barrier way in: turn up, move outdoors, meet people who get it, and pick up real skills from specialists along the way — no long-term commitment required.
What's Included
Best for: people who want to test the water, build a habit gently, or simply want more outdoor community in their life.

Step away from everyday life and into the adventure you've been training for.
This is where all the training, planning and preparation pays off. A fully guided week away from routine, surrounded by people who understand why you'd choose to spend your holiday like this.
What's Included
Best for: people ready to turn months of training into a real experience, or anyone craving an immersive reset in nature with others who get it, including those who want proper preparation, not just a trip.
What started as London Marathon preparation turned into a much longer coaching journey as I quickly realised the value of having a trusted critical friend in my corner. Her ability to inspire, challenge and hold me accountable helped me achieve far more than I ever would have on my own. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to take their fitness and mindset to the next level.

My experience working with Emma has been two fold. Firstly I've worked with her as a colleague with groups of children in the outdoors, where her infectious love of nature, her kindness, knowledge and support for everyone she works with always shines through. Always warm and professional.
Secondly Emma helped me overcome my fear of swimming and taught me techniques to be able to swim 'properly' by giving me the skills and confidence to learn and develop. Her patience, knowledge and kindness were so valuable, I honestly can't recommend Emma highly enough.

Emma is an inspirational, motivating and enthusiastic person who is able to engage and empower people from all walks of life.
Her ability to build rapport and trust quickly, support, guide and encourage people during a well-being nature course was commendable and helped us all reflect, grow our skills and strengths, set realistic and personalised goals and overcome and navigate barriers and fears, all the time using a lighthearted, fun and positive approach. She truly got the best out of us all. Thanks Emma.

I was fortunate enough to be coached by Emma a few years ago when I was learning to cycle using cleats, and I can honestly say she made all the difference.
I was pretty petrified, but I couldn't have asked for a more patient, supportive, and encouraging coach. Emma took the time to understand my concerns, never rushed me, and always made me feel comfortable and capable, even on the days when I doubted myself, and there were a few!
What stood out most was not only her professionalism and knowledge, but also her kindness and genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed. She created a relaxed and friendly environment where I felt able to learn, ask questions, and build my confidence at my own pace. She even arranged for my cycling friends to meet for a coffee and cake to celebrate my achievements- this will always be a very joyful memory for me.
Thanks to Emma's guidance, what initially felt intimidating became something I genuinely enjoyed. Looking back, I can't imagine having had a better coach.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Emma to anyone looking for coaching, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to develop your skills further. She has a combination of expertise, patience, and warmth that makes her exceptional at what she does. Good luck Emma - you really are a marvellous coach! 🥰

I came to endurance sport later in life after years of indulgence and feeling that something was missing. Then life threw me a few curveballs and, before I knew it, I was lacing up my trainers and gasping for breath after just a few miles.
In those early years I believed that working harder was always the answer. I trained relentlessly, picked up injury after injury, and although I managed to drag myself across a few finish lines, those injuries constantly held me back.
Hiring a coach never even crossed my mind. I thought Google had all the answers, and besides, coaches were for elite athletes... weren't they? I assumed training was supposed to be hard, races were supposed to hurt, and that was simply the price you paid.
Then I met Emma at Organic Adventures, and she completely changed my perspective.
She helped me realise that I wasn't failing because I lacked determination—I was making four fundamental mistakes:
Getting those four things right transformed not only my performance but also my enjoyment of endurance sport.
For my 50th birthday I set myself a personal challenge, and Emma designed a bespoke training plan that prepared both my body and my mind. Every session had a purpose. She taught me how to recover so I could actually benefit from the work I was putting in, and how to fuel and hydrate properly so my body could perform for hours rather than simply survive.
When the day of the challenge arrived, something felt different. For the first time in my life, I stood on the start line feeling genuinely prepared.
For 13 hours I trusted the process and followed Emma's guidance. What would once have been a gruelling battle became an experience I genuinely enjoyed. Instead of crawling over the finish line exhausted and broken, I crossed it with a smile on my face, feeling like I still had more to give.
That experience completely changed how I think about training. Emma didn't just help me complete a challenge—she showed me how to train smarter, stay healthier, and enjoy the journey.
If you're wondering whether a coach is worth it, my advice is simple: don't wait as long as I did. I'll be using Organic Adventures to prepare for every challenge I take on in the future, and I can't recommend Emma highly enough.
